Project Announcement: Audit of United States Army Corps of Engineers Compliance With the Digital Accountability and Transparency Act of 2014 (Project No. D2017-D000FE-0110.000)

We plan to begin the subject audit in March 2017.  We are conducting this audit to comply with Public Law 113-101, “Digital Accountability and Transparency Act of 2014.  ”Our objectives are to assess:  (1) the completeness, timeliness, quality, and accuracy of fiscal year 2017, second quarter financial and award data submitted for publication on USASpending.gov and (2) the Federal agency implementation and use of the Government-wide financial data standards established by the Office of Management and Budget and the U.S. Treasury.
