We determined whether the DoD Components are using the National Industrial Security Program Contract Classification System (NCCS) in accordance with the requirements of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD[I&S]) memorandum "Use of the National Industrial Security Program Contract C1assification System," issued on February 8, 2018.
