The objective of this audit was to determine the extent to which the DoD trained the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) to operate and maintain U.S.-provided defense articles. This report includes the results of our review of the operational and maintenance training that the Army provided to the UAF for the Patriot long-range air and missile defense system, and of collective training provided to Ukrainian infantry battalions.
