We plan to begin the subject audit in August 2016. This project is part of a series of audits related to Base Operations and Security Support Services contract oversight. Our objective is to determine whether the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) developed adequate controls to effectively monitor contractor performance for Kuwait Base Operations and Security Support Services contract.
