Project Announcement: Report on the Development and Implementation of Sexual Assault Evidence and Criminal Records Retention Policy

The objective of this review, as required by the FY 2014 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), will determine the progress made by the Military Criminal Investigative Organizations’ progress in developing and implementing policy on retaining and records relating to sexual assaults requred by NDAA FY 12.
