We plan to begin the subject Evaluation in November 2019. The objective of this evaluation is to determine whether U.S. Africa Command, U.S. Central Command, U.S. European Command, and U.S. Indo-Pacific Command are planning and executing counter threat finance activities to impact adversaries' ability to use financial networks to negatively affect U.S. interests. We will consider suggestions from management on additional or revised objectives.
