Evaluation of USAFRICOM's and SOCAFRICA's Processes for Determining and Fulfilling Intelligence Requirements for Counterterrorism (DODIG-2019-111)

The objective of this evaluation was to determine whether U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM) and Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA) followed established DoD guidance for identifying and prioritizing intelligence requirements and whether SOCAFRICA was capable of satisfying USAFRICOM's priority intelligence requirements (PIRs) for counterterroism.
