Press Release: Report of Investigation: Mr. Jacques T. Grimes, SES, former Director, Commonwealth and Partner Engagement, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence and Security) (DODIG-2024-025)

Inspector General (IG) Robert P. Storch announced today that the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) released the “Report of Investigation: Mr. Jacques T. Grimes, SES, former Director, Commonwealth and Partner Engagement, Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Intelligence and Security).” The report substantiates misconduct allegations that Mr. Grimes sexually harassed a subordinate while on official travel in 2019 and 2020.
