Project Announcement: Evaluation of Accountability Controls for Seaports of Debarkation in the U.S. European Command Area of Responsibility (D2024-DEV0PD-0030.000)

The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that we plan to begin the subject evaluation in December 2023. The objective of this evaluation is to determine whether the U.S. European Command is effectively scaling, stocking, staffing, and preparing select seaports for movement of equipment provided to foreign partners.
