Storch announced today that the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) released the “Evaluation of the Military Criminal Investigative Organizations’ (MCIO) Adult Sexual Assault Investigations,” the fourth in a series of DoD OIG evaluations reviewing MCIO investigations of this kind.
