Storch announced that the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoD OIG) released the classified “Summary of Oversight Reports on Security Assistance to Ukraine to Inform Possible DoD Efforts to Support Israel and Other Future Foreign Assistance Efforts.” The evaluation identified and summarized systemic challenges and recommendations from 32 previous oversight reports related to DoD security assistance in Ukraine.

The evaluation examined whether DoD Components effectively account for defense materials provided to Ukraine from their points of origin to seaports of embarkation within the continental United States.
