We plan to perform this audit in accordance with the Government Accountability Office’s generally accepted government auditing standards.

The objective of this evaluation is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the DoD’s security and accountability controls for U.S. defense items transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces through the Logistics Enabling Node in Romania. We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will also consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives. We plan to perform this evaluation in accordance with the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency, “Quality Standards for Inspection and Evaluation.”
