Additionally, we determined whether the Federal Voting Assistance Program Office complied with all requirements in regard to outreach and access efforts for voters covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.

We considered management’s comments on the draft report when preparing the final report. These comments are included in the report.
