What We Did:
The DoD Office of Inspector General initiated an investigation into U.S. Army Major General Antonio A. Aguto Jr., former Commander of Security Assistance Group-Ukraine, Operation ATLANTIC RESOLVE, on June 6, 2024. This action followed the receipt of three anonymous complaints between May 20 and May 24, 2024. This report outlines the findings of the investigation and the allegations that were substantiated.
