We plan to begin the subject audit in August 2016. This project is part of a series of audits related to Afghanistan contract oversight. Our objective is to determine whether the Combined Security Transition Command-Afghanistan and the Afghanistan Ministry of Defense (MoD) have established effective controls for oversight of Ministry ofDefense fuel contracts.
