Project Announcement: Audit of U.S. Pacific Command Enhanced End-Use Monitoring of Designated Defense Articles (Project No. D2016-D000RA-0202.000)
We plan to begin the subject audit in August 2016. This is one in a series of audits on enhanced end-use monitoring in the U.S. Pacific Command. Our objective is to determine whether U.S. Pacific Command is conducting its Enhanced End-Use Monitoring Program to ensure that defense articles transfened by the U.S. Government to foreign recipients are used in accordance with the transfer agreement terms and conditions.
