The purpose of this memorandum is to notify you that we plan to begin the subject evaluation in September 2023.
The objective of this evaluation is to determine whether the DoD has comprehensively, effectively, and efficiently archived, standardized, and made available for utilization operational data from Afghanistan operations, as required by law. We may revise the objective as the evaluation proceeds, and we will also consider suggestions from management for additional or revised objectives.
