Audit of the DoD’s Controls for Validating and Responding to Ukraine’s Requests for Military Equipment and Assistance (Report No. DODIG-2024-082)

Audit

The objective of this audit was to determine the extent to which the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM) implemented controls for validating Ukraine’s requests for military equipment and assistance and coordinated with partner nations. Specifically, we focused on the DoD military equipment and assistance provided to Ukraine from existing stocks through Presidential Drawdown Authority.
