The annual outreach commemorates whistleblowers for National Whistleblower Appreciation Day.  This event is open to all within the Department of Defense, Federal, state, and local governments, and Non-Governmental Organizations that operate a Hotline Program.  Topics discussed will be best practices, lessons learned, and examples of the greatest challenges facing the hotline oversight community.
