We conducted this investigation in response to a reprisal complaint alleging that two DoD employees took four personnel actions and one action affecting the eligibility for access to classified information against a DoD employee in reprisal for filing complaints with an Inspector General, participating in a command climate survey, providing testimony in a command investigation, and making protected disclosures to his supervisors.
