If you are experiencing or know of a health and safety emergency involving immediate danger of physical harm to self or others, call 911 or your local law enforcement authority.
You may mail your complaints to the DoD Hotline; however, do not include external storage devices such as CDs, DVDs, flash drives/cards, etc. Please be aware that it may take several weeks for your information to be received, processed, scanned, and reviewed. A more expedient way to resolve your complaint could be to first contact your local DoD Agency, Inspector General's Office, or file electronically with DoD Office of Inspector General.
